We’ve built a school calendar that works better for families—aligned with Volusia County Schools but with key improvements.
✅ Fewer 4-day weeks – We’ve reduced short weeks to avoid disruption when possible and help working families maintain steady routines.
📚 In-school learning on key holidays – On days like Veteran’s Day, MLK Jr. Day, and President’s Day, students will be in class exploring the meaning and impact of these holidays through engaging lessons.
🍂 Fall Break in October – Our smarter schedule includes a much-needed break in the fall, something most schools don’t offer.
📅 Aligned major breaks – Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring Breaks follow the local public school calendar for easy coordination.
⏰ No Early Release Wednesdays – We’ve eliminated midweek early releases to maximize classroom time and provide a consistent weekly schedule for families.
