We are grateful to share that enrollment for the 2026–2027 school year is currently at capacity.
Because we intentionally maintain small class sizes and a highly personalized learning environment, all available spaces have been filled.
If Blue Horizons feels like the right fit for your family, we invite you to complete the form below to join our waitlist. We continue to welcome prospective families for visits and will contact waitlisted families if an appropriate opening becomes available.
Families interested in the 2027–2028 school year are also encouraged to join the waitlist.
Enrollment Process
Blue Horizons Knowledge Academy is a small K–6 microschool with limited enrollment. Because our setting is intentionally small, the enrollment process is personal and designed to help determine whether the school is the right fit for each child and family.
Step 1: Join the Waitlist
Families interested in joining the waitlist should begin by completing the online waitlist form. This helps us learn more about your child, grade level, current school situation, and what you are looking for in a school environment.
Step 2: Schedule a Visit
After reviewing your waitlist form, we will schedule a time for you to visit Blue Horizons Knowledge Academy, see the classroom, ask questions, and learn more about the school’s approach.
We encourage families to visit so they can experience the calm, focused, screen-free learning environment firsthand.
Step 3: Student Visit Day
Before enrollment is finalized, students are invited to spend time in the classroom. This allows the child to experience the school day and gives us a chance to see whether the small-group environment is a good fit.
The goal is not a formal test or interview. It is simply a way to make sure the placement feels right for everyone.
Step 4: Tuition and Scholarships
Tuition for the 2026–2027 school year is $8,000 per year.
Blue Horizons Knowledge Academy accepts Florida Step Up scholarships, including:

Blue Horizons Knowledge Academy is a direct pay provider, which means scholarship funds may be sent directly to the school through Step Up for eligible families.
Families using scholarships are still responsible for any tuition balance not covered by scholarship funding.
Step 5: Waitlist and Enrollment Offer
Once a space is offered, families will receive the required enrollment paperwork directly from Blue Horizons Knowledge Academy.
Enrollment paperwork is provided directly to families once a spot is offered.
This helps keep the process organized and ensures each family receives the correct forms for their child’s enrollment situation.
